We are, this year, celebrating the last Christmas of this Century. We are entering the threshold of the third millennium (Great Jubilee Year) with great expectation. May the child in the manger, the only God and the Saviour, bless you with all the graces and favours your need now and always and pronounce you happy all through the Great Jubillee Year 2000. When I celebrate the Holy Mass at mid-night on Christmas day, I will be keeping you, your near and dear ones and your intentions in a special manner in my prayers.

In view of evangelization 2000, my parishioners and myself already started special prayers, fasting, holy hour, night vigil and also several evangelization programmes to preach the Good News of Jesus Christ to all the non-believers and non-Christians over here. Kindly do pray that the spirit of Christ may work in us and fructify all our efforts so that all the non-Christians over here approve and acknowledge Jesus Christ, as their only God and Saviour, at least in their innermost heart.
